For Maxergy version 3 a tool is not directly needed, that is, its an easy calculation of adding up all impacts in terms of ha-year based on data provided here and possibly contributed by other researchers.
Of course its still required to not only look to the actual direct impact but also include the secondary and tertiary impacts. ( for agriculture think of fertilizer, pesticides, transport, storage etc. see example calculation for potato crops here: [x] )

The second table is a listing of space time requirements for a first set of activities. ( The OUTPUT, or the demand )
