Sidewalks – Embodied Land

One of the research tasks defined is about the impact from Sidewalks and roads: There is no access to a house of building without impact form sidewalks and roads.  But is that significant?  Yes it is, sometimes even in the same order per m2, as a house per m2! This should be researched in depth and calculated using the CCCtool, but a first quantitative  exploration is available now. See the Research question page under task 10.
